Why a logging system ?
The logging system has two main uses: • Debugging – If you notice a problem in the GDC (especially an unexpected crash), you can record the scenario that caused the problem and send it to us. This will allow us to solve the problem. • Making a Demo – If you want to make a demonstration for your application, but you don’t want to export the installation of the Database and the Runtime System, you can record a demo. This will allow you to create a scenario of your application and move it anywhere. The only requirement is GDC. WARNING! Not everything is logged by GDC. See (4.2) for more details.
