Why a Kaizen Desk Reference Standard ?
To date, the Kaizen process has not been systematized or well documented. Although there are many books on Kaizen, their messages are largely about the philosophy of Kaizen or principles to guide one’s thinking either about Kaizen or during the performance of Kaizen.
