Why a Green Tea Diet?
Why green tea, you might ask? I read so many great things about the benefits of green tea. It is used to treat everything from cancer to high blood pressure. Many people have also noted its weight loss benefits. I read about a model who slimmed down by drinking loads of green tea every day and I thought this sounds much healthier than popping dangerous diet pills. I’m a very healthy, conscious person about what I put in my body and diet pills are absolutely out of the question. I read about green tea and saw that aside from weight loss, it will also help prevent cancer. What do I have to lose, besides excess pounds? You see, I’m not overweight in any sense. I just have 10 unwanted winter pounds I’d like to lose. I already eat very well – mostly organic foods – fruits and vegetables, whole grains, etc. I have been more sedentary than normal, so the pounds have piled up a bit.
