Why a does the 4 stroke FALCON have custom built, super-duty belt reduction?

0

After 2 stroke engines, the belt reduction is the next most un-reliable component on any ultralight aircraft. NO-WAY was I going to install a fantastically reliable 4 stroke engine on the FALCON, and then install an unreliable belt reduction. Instead I designed a custom belt drive system that is as reliable as the 4 stroke engine.. The pulleys are machined from solid 6061 aluminum billet, and the belt is INDUSTRIAL GRADE. The Falcon redrive system is proven reliable and tough as nails! THE 4 STROKE FALCON HAS A UNIQUE LOW CENTER OF GRAVITY… Study the design of the Falcon flyer and you will notice that the heaviest component (the engine) is placed very low in the frame. This very important exclusive feature contributes to secure ground handling and great stability THE FALCON FLYER FEATURES A POWDER-COATED ALL WELDED TUBE STEEL FRAME! In a word it’s all about ‘TOUGHNESS’! Welded steel tube is uncompromising in strength and durability, and it easy to repair. Steel tube aviation airframe
