Why a 15 milligram dose?
There are heavier doses on the market and it is certainly your prerogative to take more than one capsule of RESVANTAGE® a day. Red wine has about 1.5 to 3 milligrams of resveratrol per liter depending on the type of wine. Therefore, each RESVANTAGE® capsule contains the resveratrol equivalent of at least 67 glasses of red wine without the alcohol, calories and preservatives. The “French Paradox” which we spoke of earlier shows cardio benefits of red wine on much less than this amount.
