Why a 10-13 Session Format?
Traditionally, Rolfing consists of a series of 10-13 sessions of about 80 minutes, spaced one to two weeks apart. Each session focuses on restructuring and balancing different parts and layers of the body. The sessions follow a logical order, with each session building on the last and preparing for the next. If you are curious about the work but aren’t sure if you want to commit to a whole series, it is recommended that you try the first three sessions. This will give you a sense of the cumulative effects of the work. At this point, you can determine whether you want to continue into the deeper sessions.
