Willie Parker from Pittsburgh has supposedly run a 4.23 40 yard dash, but I don’t believe it was considered official because it wasn’t electronically observed. He said that his fastest was 4.28 during the Super Bowl media frenzy. The fastest recorded NFL 40 yard dash at the NFL combine is 4.25 by Fabian Washington. Reggie Bush and Jerious Norwood’s fastest 40 times have been 4.33 each. Maurice Jones-Drew ran a 4.37. Brian Westbrook had a 4.57 40 time, so I don’t think he could be considered the fastest.
