Whos the dragon?
In the early eighties the X-men had an extended period in deep space fighting insect-like aliens known as the Brood. During that time Kitty met a small, purple, alien dragon she named Lockheed, after the aviation company, and he became her constant companion. Kitty was hardly ever without Lockheed until the end of Excalibur in the late nineties, and considered Lockheed not just a pet but a close friend. • More from Kitty FAQ’s!
