There is no such thing. It depends on what you collect, how well you get a long with them, do you agree with their grading, how much you know about coins and the list goes on. If you have a local coin dealer see how they are for most of the time they will be the best buy when they get to know you and see that you want to do business with them. Mail order is chancy and is bst left to people that know coins well. You need to do a lot of work yourself, learn to grade coins, learn as much as you can about the series or types of coins you want to collect. Also learn the varieties so you can spot them. The key to coin collecting is to know more than the dealer does, but do not let him know that. One needs to do the foot work and not rely on dealers.
