Whos responsible if my order is lost or stolen while in transit?
Superior Gold Group fully insures all of its shipments and its insurer is responsible if anything should happen to your package while it is in transit to you. However, Superior Gold Group will not accept responsibility if you have instructed the particular carrier to leave parcels for you without the need for a signature. Furthermore, Superior Gold Group cannot be held responsible for any package delivered to a non-residential address which is signed for by a third party.
