Whos responsibility is it to ensure adequate power and/or water is available at the intended site for the rental equipment?

The “renter” (a.k.a. the Lessee) is responsible for ensuring adequate utilities (i.e., power/water) exists. If the party location is such that sufficient power is unavailable, regardless of reason, the Lessee is “prohibited from utilizing a generator not provided by the Lessor”. Although claims may be made by the Lessee as to the condition and sound function of the generator, Bounce With Me is unable to determine definitively such claim in short time. Therefore, as a matter of policy, no generator is permitted for use with any inflatable unless one supplied by Bounce With Me. This is stated in the contract when signed by the Lessee or prior to renting the equipment at which time the Lessee understands and agrees without reservation. This policy is necessary to avoid damage and curtail liability.
