While mainstream media outlets stopped covering the story a long time ago, the fact remains that over 2 years after Hurricane Katrina, New Orleans is struggling to rebuild. And when we went down to the Big Easy to see what kind of progress the city is making, we discovered that in many cases, college-age volunteers are leading the charge.
