Whos Cordelia?
Cordelia Chase is the ‘bitca’ of Sunnydale. She was first introduced to us as filthy rich and the most popular girl of Sunnydale High. However, Cordelia slowly starts to realize what’s really going on in Sunnydale (Hellmouth=vampires) and learns of the secret activities of the ‘Scooby Gang’ (Buffy, Giles, Willow, Xander). Cordelia has a talent for getting herself into trouble (‘Invisible Girl’, ‘Reptile Boy’) and it is in these circumstances, where Buffy continually saves and protects her, that she slowly becomes a part of her group of friends. That’s in the second season. In the third season we see Cordelia abandon the gang and all they stand for as well as lose all of her money (“My dad made one little mistake on his taxes…for the last twelve years.”).
