Requests for permission to reprint text and/or illustrations from CMC books should be submitted in writing and should include the following information: title and author of CMC book; page numbers and description of text and illustrations to be used; and a description of how the excerpt will be used. If the excerpt is to be included in another book, please specify the title, publisher, publication date, distribution territory, and print run of that book.
