Who wrote the lyrics for I miss you – blink 182?
About 99% of the time, whoever is singing the lyric is the one who wrote it. The only lyrics I know of that don’t go along with this is Stay Together For the Kids. Tom wrote all of those lyrics but wanted Mark’s voice for the verses. So I’m going to go ahead and say Mark wrote the first verse [which includes the Jack and Sally lyrics] and Tom wrote the second.
