Who wrote the dictionary and was it a biased meaning given?
No one person writes good ones. They are peer reviewed by many professors and renowned scholars of the given language, and evolve as the language evolves. Given that, it would be far more likely that someone claiming the dictionary is biased is displaying their own bias rather than detecting a defect in the dictionary.
