Who would win this evil acting role audition: Jack Palance or Vincent Price?
Jack Palance. While both could easily play an evil character and I believe both could even play the menacing exterior with a “soft sap” inside … I really think Jack Palance could infuse “pure evil” more believably. Vincent Price is just associated with horror films more often, but think he could just as easily have done some other kinds of roles if he had wanted to.
