I say Green Lantern easily. He can emit Kryptonite radiation. Superman attacks so Hal turns into a kryptonite irradiated porcupine and Superman is a pin cussion. Or Superman attacks so Hal forms a long kryptonite irradiated blade for each arm and slices Superman to pieces.
