I dont know about “30 days” but i dont doubt that NASA or similar space agiencies or even any Air Traffic Control would keep long term weather forecasts in mind. Anyone trying to develope advanced warning systems for hurricanes, tornadoes and any other natural events that could be affected by the weather.
