• Regional stakeholders would directly be involved in monitoring the effectiveness of ZCA commissioned programs. Periodically, ZCAs would report to regional stakeholder groups and local communities on achievements and any issues arising under the annual operating programs, plus details of the operational program and budget for the coming year (outyear). • The Department and APB would have oversight of ZCA programs to ensure a consistent and adequate level of management for any regulated pests is achieved across all rural areas, and to ensure ZCA commissioned programs comply with legal requirements and standards that are set for the management of regulated pests.
