Who would make a good reviewer?
The reviewer should be in a position to assess the major areas of the individuals work in relation to the agreed targets. He/she should therefore be in a good position to do that, in terms of the type/range of experience they have in similar and related areas to the lecturers current and future roles – it can be useful to nominate a reviewer who was also on the original interview panel for the lecturers post.
