Who will use VERITAS Technical Services?
A. All VERITAS Software customers can use Technical Services. With five Technical Services contracts from which to choose – along with incident support – there is a technical support option for everyone. Customers that depend more heavily on VERITAS data availability solutions require a closer partnership with VERITAS. For these customers, there are value-added services in the higher-level support contracts that help maintain complex environments and proactively guide in the application of VERITAS technology. Small office and home-use customers using our desktop products will continue to find value in Technical Services incident-based support.
