People who will use netYAK include Internet users who have questions that need answering before purchasing a product or service, but do not want to log off their Internet connection to place a phone call. Internet users that do not wish to provide their credit card number over the Internet, but will provide the card number by voice, will also benefit from the netYAK Service.
