Who Will Teach the Swimming Lessons?
Our teachers are all highly qualified and experienced. As a club, we actively encourage our teachers and helpers to pass the various teaching and coaching examinations set by the Amateur Swimming Association. How are the Swimming Lessons Structured? Our teachers, who follow the National Plan for Teaching Swimming, constantly assess the progression of a swimmer during each lesson. When the teacher is confident that the swimmer has become more proficient, they will be moved to the next level and taught further skills. During their progression, a swimmer will be encouraged to attempt various badges and to maintain a ‘Record of Achievement’ as a benchmark of their progress.
