Who will take over the costs for the repair of my damaged baggage?

When your baggage is damaged you need to fill in a damage report at the airport (DBR, Damaged Baggage Report) and send this to our Customer Service department within 7 days. After verification the Customer Service department will reimburse the costs within the limit of the maximum liability.
