Who will set up the centerpieces, favors, place cards etc.?
Arrowhead staff is not able set up items that you bring in. Your florist, friends, or family members will need to set up and tear down these items. What linen colors can I choose from? Arrowhead will provide one tablecloth per table, napkins, all linen needed for the cake table, DJ table, guest book table, gift table and other tables needed for the event. You can choose from white or ivory tablecloths. White, ivory, mustard gold, peach, pink, red, burgundy, royal blue, navy blue, seafoam green, forest green, purple or black napkins. (Color options may change.) Are chair covers and sashes included? Chair covers and sashes are not included when you book your event at Arrowhead. If you would like chair covers and sashes, you may rent them through any linen company. Arrowhead’s linen recommendation is the Chair Covers and Linen Company. Their phone number is 303-768-0864.
