Who will select the investment a Behringer Harvard-sponsored program makes?
Each Behringer Harvard-sponsored REIT is externally managed by an advisor, which makes recommendations on all investments to the fund’s board of directors. The REIT’s advisor undertakes to use its best efforts to present the investment program with investment opportunities that are consistent with its investment policies and objectives as adopted by its board of directors.
