Who will repair my CarpetMax should it ever need service?
This is much easier than you might think. If you should have a problem you will call us. We will determine the issue over the phone and if you are able to replace it yourself we will send you the part for replacement. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone and or you are not comfortable with the part replacement you can take your machine to anyone you trust who services extraction or truck mounted equipment and we will handle the rest with them from that point on.
