Who will provide the technical support in terms of hardware, system software, trading application and communication to the members of MCX?

The communications support would come from the vendor supplying the VSAT equipment, whereas the hardware support will have to be obtained from the vendor from whom the equipment is bought. MCX would extend direct necessary technical support only with respect to the trading system software.
