Who will provide policy administration/customer service and claims services for Lighthouse policies?
Policies assumed from Citizens will continue to be serviced by them until they are renewed on to Lighthouse paper. Renewals of assumed policies and new business are serviced by an affiliated company, Lighthouse MGA, LLC. As of the assumption date, all claims services are provided by Lighthouse MGA, LLC. Lighthouse’s claims personnel have extensive experience in major catastrophes such as Katrina, Rita, Wilma, and Andrew.
