ICE currently provides the necessary computers to access ICE databases; however, connectivity costs are dependent on the network connectivity solution that is required. In some cases ICE will utilize the LEA’s own communication lines – (phone, DSL, site owned T-1/T-3, etc) and the LEA will be responsible for covering any installation and monthly re-occurring costs associated with the LEA line.
