Who will pay for my future medical bills or lost wages?
This is probably the greatest concern of anyone who has suffered a serious injury. These types of expenses are most certainly recoverable under Florida law and are the most important types of damages given the serious economic consequences that they present. You yourself may have insurance for these expenses and the party responsible for the incident may also have insurance available to them to cover these expenses. If your insurance policy(ies) allow for the payment of these expenses, we will coordinate with your insurance company if you have not already done so to place such bills in line for payment. However, there is no guarantee that these expenses will be covered until we receive all relevant information from you regarding your insurance.
