Once you have paid for the project in full and receive the final files, you own 100% rights to the final logo design. Our company owns the rights to the rejected concepts. However we may use the design for promotional purpose unless notified otherwise. This does not protect you from someone else copying your logo design when you start using it. We advise you to trademark your logo with the authorities concerned.
