Who will operate the parking garage(s)?
At this time, the plan is for the parking garage(s) to be owned by the Township and operated through its Parking Services Department. • How much will it cost to park in the parking garage? At this time, no parking pricing decisions have been made. The parking rates, however, are intended to be comparable to surrounding parking rates. Commuter parking rates will be established by SEPTA and are expected to be comparable to other SEPTA suburban garage pricing. • Will the Main Street parking garage be taller than the mixed-use apartment building planned for Main Street? No. The parking garage will be somewhat shorter in total height. • When will the parking garage be constructed? The current plan is to commence construction in late 2010 / early 2011.
