Who will manage/maintain the property after I/we have moved in?
A. It will either be the landlord or DSU Lettings. If we manage the home then DSU Lettings will collect your rent and deal with any queries or repairs needed to the property. If we have let the house for the landlord on a ‘Let only’ basis then you will liaise directly with the landlord. We will confirm this information at the time you sign the contract.
