Who will manage and maintain the interior and exterior areas?
Winslow Developments is directing their own Property Management Department, which will be in control of the Management & Maintenance of the external areas; such as the landscaping and 24 hour security. The internal common areas, such as, facilities, staircases, foyers, etc will also be maintained by Winslow’s staff.
