Proposals for case management services will be reviewed and scored by an independent review panel comprised of community members. The independent review panel will not include case managers, case manager supervisors, CDPH staff, or AFC staff. This independent review panel will evaluate the application based on set scoring criteria and make recommendations to AFC regarding funding.
