Who will make sure promises are kept after transfer?
The Council will have a legally binding contract with NPT Homes relating to the promises made in the formal offer document. NPT Homes will be registered and regulated by the Welsh Assembly Government to ensure that services provided are of a high quality and that the organisation is nancially sound. The Assembly Government would also monitor NPT Homes to ensure they deliver the promises set out in the offer document.
