GSDM will be printed and issue the skill vouchers. The skill voucher will be issued only after receiving the payment from the funding agency along with the details of the candidates.All these vouchers would be printed in the name of the specific candidates. GSDM will hand over the vouchers either to the funding agency directly ( if it appraoched GSDM directly) or would send it to the institute (through which the request have been uploaded) through courier.
