Who will inform the patient of the steps that must be taken prior to a patient receiving their product?
A. As soon as National Rehab receives the order, we will contact the patient to inform them of the authorization or verification process and an approximate time frame on how long the process will take to complete. We will then follow up with the patient every 3 days throughout the authorization process to inform them of the status of their order.
