Who will incur the expense of shipping and handling?

The AKC has provided for these types of expenses in our yearly budget. The AKC will handle all expenses that clubs incur as a result of the archive project. In addition, the AKC will comply with any reasonable requests for copies of material that a club submits at no charge. Clubs must submit the original itemized receipts to the archives along with the Shipping Reimbursement Request form.
