Dealers are independent businesses. If the service offers were part of a package purchased or received from a dealer that is now closed those offers can no longer be redeemed. Any “no charge” GM corporate maintenance programs [i.e. Cadillac “No Charge” program or “Spring 2009 No Charge” program] that are administered by GM can be honoured at any remaining Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac dealer.
