Who will help my student construct a schedule?
Following the advising session, Peer Counselors will help students construct their schedules and advise them of the average course load (15-16 hours); the hours required to be considered a “full-time” student (12 hours); the advantages and pitfalls of early classes; the importance of a mid-day break/lunch period; required core courses and electives. Advisors will be available in the hall to help.
