Who will have access to the easements?
The temporary and permanent easements may be accessed during construction by the Contractor (and subcontractors), CMUD, and the engineer, Woolpert. • What will occur within the permanent easement? During construction the permanent easement will be cleared of trees, shrubs, structures, debris, etc. In undeveloped/non-maintained areas (woods) stumps outside of the trench excavation may be left flush with the existing ground. The interceptor will be placed within the permanent easement, therefore excavation will occur within this area. • What will occur within the temporary easement? During construction the temporary easement may be cleared of trees and shrubs. Where possible, the temporary easement will not be cleared of larger trees.
