Who will have access to the data produced by the CRADA?

0

The participants in the CRADA (as listed in item 2 in Task Force Deliverables, above) will have access to specific levels of data generated by the CRADA. FESTF has negotiated to receive data at the highest level of detail in order to evaluate which elements of the data can be used for pesticide management decisions. EPA-OPP will also have access to these data. We understand that the other CRADA participants are interested in less detailed, aggregated data for broader and more general overviews. EPA and the contractor providing the data will protect detailed data points from distribution that might compromise the security of the species. Consequently, once the CRADA is issued, each participant will also enter into a separate licensing agreement that will maintain the privacy of the data.
