The data are viewed by CDC personnel and CDCs public health partners. All uses of the data and potential disclosures will be covered in a Data Sharing Agreement that CDC signs with each data source. Data are used for public health preparedness and emergency response purposes only. Competitors will never have access to data provided to CDC.
