Who will get a bigger cheer Tuesday night: Allen Iverson or Chauncey Billups?
Im going to go to the game and monitor the crowd. Anyone who doesnt get out of their seat and cheer Chauncey Billups when hes introduced should be thrown out of the Palace. Then they should be given the John Green treatment and never be allowed to enter the arena again, except for Jonas Brothers concerts — in which case, they will be forced to attend. Chauncey deserves the greatest, most thunderous ovation Pistons fans have ever given an opposing player. He is the greatest free-agent signing in Detroit sports history. His arrival coincided with the start of the Eastern Conference finals run. In other words, Billups advanced to the conference finals every year he played for the Pistons. I wonder how many players in the history of basketball can make that claim with one team. He was the Finals MVP.
