The Founder currently decides what are Target Issues and our positions. However, the opinions of our Founding Council, when formed, the opinions of our registered Purgers and the opinions of our Donors will be considered and may influence our final decision / action. We encourage the Founding Council and our registered Purgers and our Donors to participate in helping us to identify issues and positions, so please be active in our blog and our polls, as well as our e-mail surveys.
