Who will decide on the Conceptual Design for the extension?
A. When the study is complete, a final conceptual design will be selected by the Council’s Board of Directors. The board will consider recommendations and ideas from a variety of sources—localities along the route, individuals and interest groups, property owners and transit riders, and the technical consultant team—and make a final decision on a conceptual design.
