Who will coordinate the merit review process?
The merit review for the FY2011 IOOS regional competition will be coordinated by the National Oceanographic Partnership Program (NOPP) under the direction of the NOAA IOOS office and with input from partner agencies. NOAA is using the NOPP process so that other federal agencies can contribute funding opportunities that will contribute to the U.S. IOOS goals and mission.
